Athari Collective sells through Duka. We only use your details to process and deliver your orders and to help you with them.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and delivery address
• Your order history with us

Payments are made with M-Pesa through Duka; we never see your M-Pesa PIN.

How we use it

• To deliver your order and send you SMS updates
• To answer your questions and handle returns
• To send offers, only if you opted in (you can opt out any time)

We don't sell your information. We handle your data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
